Portplus Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian Company incorporated in 2004 (RC No 607566) to handle operations as Marine Logistics and Support Services provider. Portplus Limited is a trusted name within the industry and has a reputation for quality service, effectiveness and professionally driven performance. Since Portplus establishment, the firm has handled various marine support and logistics services to numerous clients in the oil industry. Board of Directors
Chief Immanuel Emoefe holds an M.Sc degree in International Politics from the University of Lagos. He is an astute manager of human and material resources, having worked for eight years as the General Manager of Ramah Petroleum and Marine Services Limited. Upon the establishment of Portplus Limited in 2004, he became the pioneer Managing Director/CEO; which position he holds till date.
Chief Emoefe is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Directors; a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs; and also a Member, Board of Directors of the Nigerian-Belgian Chamber of Commerce. He has received several prestigious awards, including the Yitzhak Rabin International Leadership Award of Excellence; among others.
Chief Emoefe is also the Honorary Consul of Guinea Bissau in Lagos.
Our Management Team
Seasoned manager with over 33 years of hands on experience in Oil & Gas and Automobile industries in the professional fields of Supply Chain & Logistics, Corporate Planning, Business Relations Management, Accounting and Finance and General Management. At various times while working for the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC) in diverse locations such as Warri, Port Harcourt, Oman and Lagos, David held such diverse positions as:
- Group Head of Projects Logistics for All Shell Companies in Nigeria (SCiN).
- Logistics Manager for Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo), as well as Offshore Logistics Manager for SCiN..
- Business Relations Adviser for the Production Directorate of SCiN
- Planning and Economics Adviser for the Services Directorate
- Head of Aviation Operations as well as Aviation Planning & Contracts Coordinator Before working with Shell, David was already a seasoned Accounting and Finance Manager with Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited from 1982 until 1997.
His last position with Peugeot was that of Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury David holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance from the University of Orleans, in France. He is also a Member UK Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS)
Agatha Roberts obtained a Bachelor’s in Economics (Second Class Upper Division) from Caritas University in 2009, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Enugu State University of Science & Technology in 2014.
She is an Associate Member of Institute of Economics of Nigeria (INEN), Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and a professional member of Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
She has over 8years in-depth Knowledge & working experience in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry on Business Development, Bid administration and Local Content activities. She joined Portplus Limited in October 2017 as a Business Development & Local Content Manager. She is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for the organization, to develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
She is well organized and tested, in carrying out her business development responsibilities. Additionally, her knowledge in customer relationship management, Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management and Business Planning are the strengths she uses to grow the business.
Taiwo is proficient in strategically managing human and business resources for company growth and development. A highly result driven professional with over a decade combined experience in the Real estate, telecoms, Media/Events Industry as Human Resource& Admin /Project Manager. Prior to joining Portplus Limited, Taiwo worked as Head, Human Resource & Admin and Operations head for Gran Imperio Group a real estate consortium, and with Airtel Nigeria as customer care consultant where she delivered exceptional service. She has also successfully managed several multimillion Naira projects; pioneer project team member for Inagbe Grand resort and leisure, project director for several projects (residential & commercial) in and around Lagos. She holds a B.Sc. Agric. Economics from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, M.Sc. Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and currently pursuing a doctorate degree at the same university. Taiwo is a certified Human resource practitioner (ACIPM), a certified project management professional (PMP), member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) ; Chartered institute of personnel Management (CIPM) and Key Performance Indicator Institute (KPI). She is passionate about Organizational Management, Personnel Learning and development, CSR, Theology, Academic Research.
Commodore Giwa (Rtd) holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Master of Science Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from National Defence University Islamabad Pakistan. He joined the Nigerian Navy as a Direct Short Service Commission Officer in 1984, where he rose from the rank of a Sub –Lieutenant to the rank of Commodore before he retired in 2011.Commodore brings to bear over 31 years of work experience in marine operations. He served in various ships, commands and Naval Headquarters of the Nigerian Navy, and held several appointments in the areas of Logistics and Marine Engineering. He was the General Manager (Production) at the Naval Shipyard, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Dafese O. Godswill, is the HSEQ Manager of Portplus Limited. He has over 12 years Industrial Safety professional practical experience in Managing; Health, Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) across the working Industry in occupational Health and Safety. He is a member of the OSHAfrica, Nigeria. Professional Global Bronze member of the Global Project Professional Society, United Kingdom. Holds a Post graduate Diploma in Public Administration, Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Certified NEBOSH IGC holder, QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor and other certifications, He has engaged with HSEQ work activities on different major projects with multinational companies; Shell Petroleum Development company, Subsea7 Engineering company, ExxonMobil Upstream, Total Upstream. He’s management oriented in operational excellence. He also drives the management of; ISO 9001 QMS of Portplus Limited.
Opeyemi is a qualified Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a tax professional with experience in supporting high-level business objectives of Multinational Organizations through the management of end-to-end financial processes. He has a Bachelors degree in accounting from Usman Danfodido University Sokoto. He started his career with Statoil Nigeria Limited (a Norwegian Oil and Gas Company) as a Payable Accountant. He joined Globacom in 2011 as a receivable Accountant/Risk Management Specialist. Prior to joining Portplus Limited in 2018 as Finance Manager, he was the Finance Manager at Mcomm Solutions and Services Limited (a Telecommunication Services outfit in Lekki).
