Portplus wins PSV contract
Following the competitive bidding process for the supply of Platform Support Vessel (PSV) for offshore wells support by a major International Oil Company in Nigeria, Portplus Ltd has emerged as the winner to execute the project amidst other competent bidders.
The Project is expected to kick-off on March, 2013 and this will require the construction of newbuild 86 metre Platform Support Vessels (PSV).
Portplus is considering constructing these vessels China, Turkey, Malaysia or Korea. There are also plans to engage front runner vessels for the operation prior to the completion of the new build vessel.
